For all of us a focus on the 5 steps to well being is helpful at this time:

  • Connect - talk and listen to each other, build relationships with those around you

  • Give - your time, your words, your presence; do something nice for your family,

  • Take Notice - be curious

  • Keep Learning - embrace new experiences, see opportunities, surprise yourself

  • Be Active - do what you can; enjoy what you do; move your mood.


The Mercy challenge our Catholic Special Character Leaders gave us recently is a great focus for us to have while we are in our bubbles.
